Description from manufacturer
The offensive game, called the new generation of padel, continues to grow. The game demands speed and thus also rackets that generate speed. It is important that each player finds a racket tailored to their level and playing style. Babolat's Veron, a series of rackets designed to make speed accessible to more players. With the innovative Carbon Flex Technology, Babolat leverages the advantages of two materials to find a perfect combination. Veron Counter is a very stable racket that makes the player a living wall that instead utilizes the opponent's speed. Far back in the court or at the net, this model has an advantage with its round shape and large sweetspot that returns the opponent's shots, and when the opportunity for a smash arises, its top-heavy balance delivers extra powerful results. Thanks to a hitting surface made of both carbon and fiberglass, the sweetspot increases and the player gets easier access to speed from the racket. An innovative hitting surface where carbon and fiberglass are interwoven to combine the advantages of both materials: carbon that contributes explosive speed and fiberglass that provides more accessible speed. Carbon Flex Technology provides the perfect blend to create a softer and more flexible racket that gives dynamic speed. The hitting surface of the racket has a grooved pattern. With 3D Spin, the player gets more grip on the ball and increased spin. With the Vibrasorb System, every shot receives enhanced comfort. This vibration-damping system is integrated into the racket's neck above the handle and reduces the vibrations that occur with every shot. The result is enhanced comfort and a reduced risk of injuries such as tennis elbow. Like previous models from Babolat, the Veron Counter is designed with HPS-Technology. Hole Pattern System provides more speed and control thanks to the drilled holes in the racket being adapted to the racket's shape and sweetspot. This gives greater impact in the shots for more speed and more grip on the ball for increased spin.
