Weight

It may seem strange that a few grams can make a difference, but you will repeat the strokes countless times as a padel player, and the strain becomes significantly higher with heavier rackets. The advantage of slightly heavier models is that they help you put power behind the ball, while lighter rackets are easier to handle and move. A common weight is around 360-370 grams, and specific models to avoid elbow problems weigh about 340-350 grams. Junior models also have less weight. Most manufacturers indicate the weight in a range, e.g., 360-370 grams, as it is difficult to achieve exactly the same weight during production.

Try to find a weight that you can handle and feel comfortable with without causing injury or losing control of your movements.
