Description from manufacturer
One of the biggest successes of 2021 is now being released with an updated look, and the Metalbone 3.1 is Adidas' most advanced racket. Metalbone 3.1 is, of course, world player Ale Galán's new choice of racket for 2022. In the Metalbone 3.1, Adidas has chosen to combine its absolute most popular features and continue to develop further. The soft EVA Soft Performance core provides a good bounce and speed in the ball, which is then combined with a responsive surface in 100% aluminized carbon fiber for better durability and more power in every shot, as well as a new sandpaper surface for increased spin and momentum. The carbon fiber in the Metalbone 3.1 has a unique weaving to get more effect out of the carbon fiber. In addition, the racket has an oversized diamond shape to facilitate potential mishits despite its normally more difficult-to-play shape. Unique to the Metalbone is the weight and balance system in the heart of the racket, released in 2021, which gives the player the ability to change the balance and weight of the racket to their own preference. The Metalbone 3.1 can thus be made more head-heavy for more power or control with a lower balance. Or you can play with the racket as it is. In short, it is entirely up to you as a player to choose how you want to overpower your opponents. The racket is also part of Adidas' new #GREENPADEL initiative, which means that Adidas plants 3 square meters of their own rainforest to reduce CO2 emissions by 50 kg.

I think it has pretty good control and when you want speed, I feel that you get it.

Like that it is light, yet still has a feeling of top-heaviness. Oversized diamond
