The Metalbone Carbon 3.4 introduces two cutting-edge adidas technologies to the Metalbone range for the 2025 collection. These include the Power Extra Grip, an extended racquet handle that enhances inertia during shots, and the Low Poly polyhedral design in the core and frame, which increases rigidity—both essential for offensive play. In addition to these innovations, the Octagonal Structure, a tubular carbon frame, reduces torsion and improves shot accuracy. The combination of EVA Soft Performance rubber and Carbon 6K fibre provides a perfect balance, while the Spin Blade Decal relief ensures precise spin effects.

A light paddle doesn't tire the arm but at the same time is powerful if you hit the ball well, it moves well at the net and helps me a lot in defense. Obviously, it is not a cannon, but I attack little from above; I prefer to place the ball, and it helps me a lot. The only flaw is the cord, which I have to wrap around my arm every game. I am a left-handed intermediate player, and since I started playing with the carbon paddle, my game has improved; I am very happy with this paddle.
