Description from manufacturer
Part of the Be Unique line, the Drop Shot Axion Attack 1.0 is one of our consumers’ favorite models. It is the official paddle of our professional player Jon Sanz for the season. This model is specially designed for advanced-level players who seek a demanding and high-quality game. It features a tear-drop shape and a core made of Eva Pro foam, known for its excellent control. The paddle offers high ball speed, resulting in increased power. These qualities provide a medium-high balance towards the head of the paddle. The faces are made of 24K Twill Carbon, a next-generation carbon with 24,000 filaments per thread. This flexible and resistant twill weave is flat, ultra-thin, and flexible, offering greater control and lightness, producing faster reaction upon ball impact. The faces include the Smart Holes System, where holes are distributed in a curved, progressive pattern, optimizing mechanical force development at impact, enhancing ball spin and reducing vibrations. For extra protection, the Ergo Pro Protector is added without perforating the frame, preserving its strength. It’s lightweight, replaceable, and protects against low volleys and wall hits. All our carbon-framed paddles feature the Twin Tubular System, incorporating a double tubular carbon fabric impregnated with durable resin, ensuring uniformity across the face and greater rigidity, minimizing frame vibrations. To further reduce vibrations during ball impact, two advanced technologies are incorporated: Vibra Tech Angles — a structure of pronounced angles in the core area that reduce vibration transfer to the handle, protecting the player’s arm — and Cork Cushion Grip — a cork layer in the handle area that prevents vibrations from reaching the hand. Both have been designed by structural engineers and tested in our lab. The core is built with Power Beam Heart technology, featuring a central beam to enhance resistance, rigidity, and durability. The paddle also includes the innovative Anti Twist System — a low-density silicone piece developed with industrial engineers that reduces nearly 85% of vibrations. Its design is youthful and bold, with blue and yellow details adding personality. The signature of Jon Sanz adds a unique value.
