This model is designed for the player with an aggressive offense and powerful shots where the smash is the ultimate weapon. Viper Technical delivers incredibly explosive speed with its design, allowing the player to dominate the court with heavy overhead shots. Viper Technical's core is built with Babolat's X-EVA Technology. Three different layers of EVA together provide the perfect effect. The two stiff outer layers give extra speed on hard shots while a softer inner layer provides increased margin for error and comfort on softer shots. A 100% carbon hitting surface consisting of 12K Carbon, perfectly adapted for the racket's shape to deliver explosiveness and surprisingly controlled touch, and the roughened surface combined with a sandpaper-like texture, 3D Spin+, provides maximum grip and spin on the ball so that the player can put additional pressure on the opponent. With the Vibrasorb System, each shot gains increased comfort. This vibration-damping system is integrated into the racket's neck above the handle and reduces the vibrations that occur with each shot. The result is increased comfort and a reduced risk of injuries such as tennis elbow. Like previous models from Babolat, the Viper Technical is designed with HPS-Technology. Hole Pattern-System provides more speed and control thanks to the drilled holes in the racket being adapted to the racket's shape and sweet spot. This gives more effect in the shots for more speed and more grip on the ball for increased spin.
