Description from manufacturer
One of the world's most iconic models is here with an update. New Viper Air! With an updated damping system in the racket, you get even more feel of the racket while reducing harmful vibrations even further. With more feel comes more control.
Viper Air is the lightest model in the series and therefore very fast in movement. The easier the racket is to swing, the easier it is to hit the ball correctly. With its unique hybrid design, Viper Air offers a very attractive combination of speed in attacking shots and control in other shots. Popular among a wide range of players seeking a powerful racket but with a low weight and balance.

VibraSorb: Babolat has previously implemented a damping system to minimize vibrations in the racket that can lead to injury. With the new updated Vibrasorb System2, the vibrations are further reduced to provide more feel, increased comfort, and less shocks in the hits. The more you feel the ball, the better you can control it.

Core: Viper Technical's core is built with Babolat's X-EVA Technology. Three different layers of EVA together provide perfect effect. The two rigid outer layers provide extra speed on hard hits, while a softer inner layer provides increased error margin and comfort on looser hits.

16K: 100% carbon hitting surface consisting of 16K Carbon, perfectly adapted to the racket's shape to deliver explosiveness and a surprisingly controlled touch.

HPS: All top models from Babolat are designed with HPS Technology, which means that the holes in the racket are strategically placed and adapted to the racket's shape.

3D+: The textured surface combined with a sandpaper surface, 3D Spin+, provides a really good grip and spin on the ball so that the player can put additional pressure on the opponent.

SMART BUTTCAP: Another novelty is the ability to remove and change the wrist strap on the racket. Whether you want to change color or put it in the washing machine, it only takes a few seconds to remove or put on a new one
