Diamond-shaped rackets are the models that deliver the most speed. This is thanks to the sweet spot being placed high up in the racket, further from the body, where the racket swings the fastest. Reflex has a softer core that is more suited to beginners and recreational players, where a soft core helps to generate speed in the shots even when the player does not hit very hard themselves. The softer hitting surface results in an extra large sweet spot. It minimizes mishits and provides increased forgiving characteristics.
