VERTEX 3 Comfort in the 2021 edition has an entirely new aerodynamic arc in the frame with "hollow spaces" in the racket heart, AIR REACT CHANNEL, which provides a structure that is stiffer and lighter, resulting in higher power, speed, and response. VERTEX 3 Comfort is a diamond-shaped racket with an outer core made of the new material FIBRIX, a blend of carbon fiber and fiberglass. VERTEX 3 Comfort has the new ADAPTIA foam core, which is of the MULTIEVA type, and is a mixture of materials with different densities. The outer layer has a higher density that acts on fast balls providing them with more power, while the inner layer with a lower density acts on slower balls, improving control. The racket has a sandpaper-like surface TOPSPIN that grips the ball on sliced shots. The wrist strap is made of a wider and more comfortable material instead of the traditional string. A transparent frame protection tape is included, which is applied to protect the racket's edges from strikes and bumps, thereby increasing durability.
