Grip
Perhaps not many people consider the grip size, and it is also individual whether one prefers to play with a thick or thin handle. The basic rule is that you should be able to place one index finger between the fingertips and the thumb when you grip the racket, meaning the distance should be about 1 cm. By having several wraps, and thus a thicker grip, you might experience less tension and thereby also alleviate issues such as elbow pain, but at the same time, it may also reduce comfort. Experiment and use good grip tapes (there is a wide selection with varying properties and quality).
